DiolazeXL Treatment
A hair removal treatment at Greenwich Point Dermatology begins with a consultation in which Dr. Dolder assesses your skin type and which areas you want treated. This gives her an idea for the optimal treatment specifications to set the laser to as well as an approximation for the number of sessions needed to achieve complete removal.
The DiolazeXL laser can be used in multiple areas of the body, including:
- underarms
- bikini area
- legs and arms
- face
- back and chest
- buttocks
Dr. Dolder runs the laser over the area to be treated, working consistently to target the most hairs possible.
DiolazeXL Results
Because the laser targets hair follicles in a specific stage of growth, full hair removal requires multiple sessions, spaced 6-8 weeks apart. In between sessions, you will notice a decrease in the hair density.
After all treatments have been completed, occasional touch-ups may be required every few years to maintain permanent hair removal.
DiolazeXL Side Effects & Recovery
